Luke Thombs
Trails and Public Access Manager
As the Trails and Public Access Manager, I’m responsible for our 60 miles of trails over 20 Preserves and all the Georges Highland Path. When we receive new Preserves, I assess their capacity for public access, oversee the implementation of projects, and prepare interpretive materials.

My role puts me out on the trails and in the field, working with volunteers and local organizations to make sure our trails and preserves are of the highest quality we can provide and working with land stewards to make sure our conserved lands are well protected.

Outside of work, you will probably still find me outside: hiking, climbing, trail running, or enjoying nature (most of the time in our watershed).
